seems so poor to be versing Kansas as they are not a great team. I would so prefer to see United take on Seattle. Seattle really seems to have become heartland for football in the US and it would be cool to see Ljungberg take up his old grudge with the team hehe.

in terms of competitive football I dont think playing against MLS teams and celtic is the right preparation, howver we tend to have these bizarre preseasons and we usually do quite well in the end. Perhaps in this case makes more sense than in previous years, because our youngsters can really be tested against smaller teams, while against juve, barca or bayern it'd be really bad for their confidence if we were hammered with them on the pitch

yeah but last season united versed bayern munchen and boca in pre-season which was a class above really. saying that anderson played well last pre-season, his goal was unbelievable yet he still did nothing during the regular season.

I not really complaining about the level of the opposition really this time around I just think it would be better for United to play in Seattle since they are football crazy, alot more so than Kansas.
