what was your feeling after United won Carling cup?
I was elated even though i must say i was not very happy with some of the players' performance. But i was absolutely delighted because it was a final and we won, it's silverware and it keeps the dream from the quadruple/quintuple alive.

who's your United favorite player in current team?
My favourite is Owen Hargreaves, even though he is not playing these days. So, i'll say Wayne Rooney and Nemanja Vidic.

who's your favorite United player in all time?
From those i've seen playing, i have to say Eric Cantona. But i love David Beckham, Roy Keane and Paul Scholes as well.

which one is better? RoOney or Ronaldo?
It may seem controversial but i'll say Rooney. I think he's got some kind of raw talent, he can do crazy things at times and he's got the passion.

what's your favorite colour for car?
Black. My car is silky beige though. I guess beggars can't be choosers..

what kind of music you listen? and who's your favorite music band?
I listen to all sorts of music.. Rock, RnB, Indian, French, Classical. It's difficult to choose only 1 band.. Oasis, Coldplay, The Killers and U2 are among my favourites.

when you became United fan and why you support United?
I'm not sure when i became a Man United fan. I guess i have always been one since both my dad and my elder brother support Man United. But i really started to have a great interest and watching all United's game since 1998.

As to why i support United, i think it's because i like their style, the attacking football, always moving forward when they can. And i really appreciate the youth culture that exists at the club.

I know you asked for my own words but I really liked the way William Shakespeare put it:
'Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage and then is heard no more.'

what's your biggest dream in life?
It's to see someone who is very important to me and who has suffered a lot in the last year get his happiness back.
But yeah, i wouldn't mind getting married to Rafael Nadal either..

I am lucky to live on an island, with the beach being less than 30 minutes away from me. So i regularly get to see sunsets at the beach. But every single time, the beauty of it takes my breath away.

It always makes me smile because my name 'Poonam' means full moon.

I won a small lottety once and i was extremely happy.. I could barely sit down and i could not stop smiling. So i have no idea how winning a million dollar would be.. i'd probably have a heart attack.. lol.

I guess i'm happy when it's my birthdate.. everyone is.. I remember having O'Level exams on my birthday though, and i'm glad those times are over. My birthdays generally go well and of course i really look forward to my gifts.. What really makes the day special though is when someone i didn't expect wishes me a happy birthday.

That would be just too good. I'm completely fascinated by outer space. It's so vast, it would be a great chance to be able to explore part of it.

when you first heard attack on Mumbai
I was in shock. As usual i woke up and signed in on MSN, and many of my friends personal messages read 'Attack on Mumbai' and i think my heart skept a beat. I immediately opened bbc's website and was really upset when i realised it was true.. And i couldn't get the image i had of the Taj Mahal hotel when i last saw it, standing proudly over the Marina in all its splendour and the images i was seeing what a Taj Mahal that was burning.. Really i had tears in my eyes.

Sad because we had a good team, but i guess we still lacked some experience. AC Milan completely tore us down at San Siro, they deserved to win.

I think both played a part to it. They had different views and it was not going to work out..

Maybe because Ronaldo at that moment was the best player in the world and Beckham was not exactly when he left.

It's difficult to come up with an all-time team because i don't know many of the players of the pre-1998 era. But from what i know:
Schmeichel-- Neville Ferdinand Stam Evra-- Beckham Keane Scholes Giggs-- Cantona Nistelrooy-- (Sorry Ronaldo)

in 10 years, which league you think will be in a better poisition, La Liga or Premierleague?
You never know, it will depend mainly on where money will be invested. It could be Calcio for all we know..

how far City can go with their money? are you consider them as a strong side in incoming years?
They have to start with the basics, that is starting to win and get into a reasonable position that would enable them to play regularly in the European competitions. Only then will they be able to attract some stars. I think signing Shay Given was a very good move.

the best and the worst United signing ever in your opinion?
Best- so difficult to decide. We've signed so many great players. But i think i'll go with Cantona

Both are legends and both deserve to be captain. However Neville was out for almost one season and Giggs did a pretty good job during Gary's absence. I think it's quite good that neither of them play all the games so they both get to be captain. I think Rio will be a good captain in the future.

why you think England are never successful in national game despite strong team they always have?
Quite ironical isn't it. Maybe it's got to do with too many individualities and the fact they can't find the right balance. A shame though..

I don't know much about Iran to be honest. But yes I'd love to visit your country, i really enjoy traveling to new places.

Vegetarian but don't eat eggs?! That's crazy, no animals were harmed in the making of this product.

Also I think the Ronaldo/Becks situation. They both got treated the same. Villified after a big international tournament but Fergie stood by both of them. I'm not sure how you can compare the situations in Ronaldo's favour..
